Booking Policy
Start planning your dream trip with a low deposit as of 25% of the total tour price. We request a 50% down payment on bookings made over festive holidays such as Christmas, New Year & Easter. However, you can pay the remaining 75%/50% two days before your arrival, or cash upon arrival, we guarantee you peace of mind!

Credit Card Payments
If you're planning on paying by Credit Card, we'll ask you to provide a signed authorization letter giving us permission to charge the total payment on your Card. This signed authorization letter will need to match with your signature as shown on your Credit Card and passport.
Cancellation Fees
If you choose to cancel your holiday trip, please note that there will be cancellation fees depending on the length of time before your travel date. These will apply from the booking date up to the date stated in the table. There is an additional flight cancellation charge from the airlines; these costs are governed by the airlines own policies and terms. These prices apply apart from the festive seasons ( Christmas, New Year & Easter).
- 15% of the total tour price is applied on cancellation from the date of booking until 61 days prior to arrival.
- 35% of the total tour price is applied on cancellation from 60 - 31 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of the total tour price is applied on cancellation from 30 - 15 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of the total tour price is applied on cancellation from 14-1 days prior to arrival.

Additionally to flight charges and 5% bank fee on refund, the terms and conditions on cancellation vary significantly to tours booked as a package to groups or unique itinerary tours.

Refunds
Refunds are processed through the same means as the original payment. No refund is processed to clients who do not show up for their reservation, and all refunds have a 5% deducted as a bank fee.

Force Majeure
Your comfort and safety is of the utmost importance to Zoya Tours Egypt , thus, we offer a completely flexible cancellation policy during Force Majeure conditions. If the Egyptian government or airlines decide on a "NOT TO TRAVEL" notice to any specific destinations in Egypt, then you will receive the entire refund for your trip, or in some circumstances you may have the possibility of receiving the entire tour amount as a future travel credit/travel voucher to be used against any tour provided by Zoya Tours Egypt and can be booked with any of the destinations we operate to. Your booking can be re-scheduled by simply advising the agency with your intention and the amount will be deducted from new bookings as travel credit automatically. Only flight cancellation charges are applicable as per flight terms, in addition to bank surcharges for the payment received.

Accommodation
Prices are per room, and based on two people sharing a room. Private rooms are also available at a supplement, and are booked in carefully selected and reputable hotels.

Flights
1. Domestic Flights are offered and priced on an average basis as timings can fluctuate, thereby affecting price.
2. International Flights can be arranged from any desired country, at a good rate.

Summer Season Offer 2026
Groups 6 to 11 Travelers: All tours from 6 to 11 travelers offer one (1) guest free travel on all bookings. E.g.: (5 paying guests + 1 free) one travel guest gets to enjoy the tour free. This flat rate of 1 free guest applies for any tour booking from 6 to 11 traveling persons.
Groups 12 Travelers: All tours from 12 guests and up will get two (2) free travelers. E.g.: (10 paying guests + 2 free) two travel guests get to enjoy the tour free. This flat rate of 2 free guests applies for any tour booking from 12 traveling guests and up.

Egypt-Specific Travel Policies
For Egypt specific travels and in the event an official Travel Alert is issued for the country of Egypt by relevant governmental bodies, the following arrangements will apply for all eligible travel arrangements booked with Zoya Tours Egypt :
Free Cancellation: Guests will be able to cancel their booking without facing any of the normal cancellation charges that will apply in usual booking and cancellation procedures.
Flexible Re-scheduling: Guests will be able to amend the dates of their travel to a new travel period based on availability of new desired dates, and based on the company’s terms and conditions.
Price Guarantee: Original rates booked and advertised in the initial promotion/tour offering will be applied against re-scheduled travels ensuring that travelers benefit from the original advertised pricing, preventing impact of seasonal travel rate changes. 

Black Friday Offers

Offer applies for bookings made between the 28th of November 2025 to the 1st of December 2025.

Valid for travel until the 30th of August 2026, except for Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026.

Requests must be sent in and accepted by us between the 28th November to 1st December 2025.

A 5% minimum deposit required to confirm booking.

This does not include flights, and it does not include travel to be booked for Christmas 2025 or New Year 2026.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as war, weather, strikes or any unforeseen acts such as those of suppliers such as hotels and airlines and the resultant expenses incurred due to them.

Special Request Policy

At Zoya Tours Egypt we would love to make your experience special and enjoyable. If you have any special request you should inform us at time of booking. We cannot guarantee that any special request will be fulfilled. (This can include, but is not limited to, the pre-bookable seats request).

We will endeavor to make notes of all your special requests and convey them to our suppliers but we do not accept responsibility that your special requests will be granted. We will not be able to inform you individually should your requests be not granted.

This is not part of the essential part of your holiday service.

Children Policy (A Child Share Parents' Room)

Policy 1: for package, Nile cruise and Hotels

For under 2 years old: free of charge.

For under 6 years old: 25% of the individual adult total tour cost.

For under 12 years old: 50% of the individual adult total tour cost.

Children over 12 years old are charged as adults.

If your tour package includes domestic flights, then an additional supplement may apply for your child, that will be valid for maximum 1 child sharing parents room.

Policy 2: for Sightseeing Tours and Shore Excursions

For under 6 years old: free of charge.

For under 12 years old: 50% of the individual adult total tour cost.

Children over 12 years old are charged as adults.

If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights and or ferries, then an additional supplement may apply for your child.

Terms of Photos' Use

As an inspiration to others your visuals will be used for our social media and website. We are honored you have chosen to be a part of our traveling community.

Tipping

It is considered customary to tip to express appreciation for a well performed service. You can tip staff for services rendered to him/her directly, but you are not obliged to do so.

Complaints

Should you encounter a complaint whilst on the tour please do report it to us immediately as most issues can be rectified quickly. If your complaint persists call the Customer Care Manager while on the tour; thereafter when you get back home if you remain unsatisfied of service provided, you need to write to the Customer Care Management.

General Terms of Use

A. Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as a user of this website and are prohibited to conduct any transaction or use the website.

B. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details that you are asked to submit will be provided to our payment processor through a secure connection.

C. The cardholder is to keep a record of transaction history, as well as Merchant policies and terms.

D. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Card, in USD

E. We will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctions country (OFAC- Office of Foreign Assets Control) in accordance with the law of the UAE.

F. A multiple number of purchases / transactions will be recorded on the card holder's monthly statement.

Acceptance of the Agreement

The contract, formed by the acceptance of the booking by the Company on behalf of itself and its suppliers of the booking placed by the client, will consist of the present booking conditions. A deposit, or payment of a final invoice, by Bank transfer or Credit Card is construed to mean that tour participants have read the terms and conditions and agree to adhere to the terms & conditions set forth.
