Arrival in Cairo

Welcome to Egypt. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport you will be met and assisted by a representative from the company, marking the start of your 4-Day Cairo and Alexandria Tour Package.

Following completion of customs and immigrations, you will be met by your private deluxe air-conditioned vehicle and transferred to your hotel in Cairo. Following check-in, the remainder of the day is free for leisure and relaxation and you can settle into the start of your Cairo Alexandria tour package.

Day 2

Giza Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum

After breakfast at your hotel, you will begin a full-day guided tour with your private tour guide, continuing your 4-Day Cairo and Alexandria Tour Package with a visit to some of Egypt’s most famous ancient landmarks.

Your journey starts at the Giza Pyramids, where you will explore the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, along with the legendary Great Sphinx, one of the world’s most recognizable monuments and a symbol of ancient Egyptian civilization.

Cairo – Alexandria

During your tour, visit the fascinating Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, admire Pompey’s Pillar, explore the impressive Citadel of Qaitbay, and discover the world-famous Bibliotheca Alexandrina (Library of Alexandria). You will also visit the Cavafy Museum, dedicated to the life and works of the renowned poet Constantine P. Cavafy.
At the end of the tour, return to Cairo for an overnight stay.

Departure from Cairo

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final payment.
Full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the start date of the tour.
The company reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified period.
Tour prices and availability are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to confirmation upon booking.
Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.
The company does not charge any additional credit card fees or hidden costs.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email and must include:

Passport number
Cancellation charges are applied per person as follows:
45 days or more before arrival: 6% bank transaction fee applies
40 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price
29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price
14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price
7 days to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour price

Children Policy

0 to 1.99 years: Free of charge
2 to 4.99 years: 25% of the adult tour price
5 to 11.99 years: 50% of the adult tour price
12 years and above: Full adult tour price applies
This policy applies when children share their parents’ room.
If the package includes flights or sleeper train services, additional charges will apply according to airline or train policies.

Single Supplement

A single room supplement is available for travelers who prefer private accommodation while joining the tour. This option guarantees a private room for each night of the program. Availability is limited; therefore, early booking is highly recommended.

Important Notes

It is strongly recommended to book this tour as early as possible, preferably at least 50 days before the departure date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure are subject to availability and confirmation of hotel accommodation and services.
