Day 1

Arrival in Cairo – Egypt

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met and assisted by a representative from the company to start of your 3-day Cairo Stopover tour package.

The representative would assist you for completion of formalities with regards to entry visa (visa fee is not included). Following arrival formalities, you would be transferred through a private AC vehicle to your hotel for check-in.

This Egypt Short Stay tour in Cairo is designed to ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival experience allowing you to relax after your journey. The rest of the day is free for leisure and relaxation.

Day 2

Giza Pyramids – Egyptian Museum – Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will start your full-day guided tour with your professional tour guide as part of your 3-Day Cairo Stopover Tour Package.

After reaching the Giza Pyramids, you'll witness the marvelous Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos, and the marvelous Sphinx standing as the sentinel for ages.

Following the visit, you will enjoy lunch at a high-quality local restaurant. After lunch continue your Cairo Short Stay tour with a visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, home to one of the richest collections of ancient Egyptian artifacts.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final payment.
Full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the start date of the tour.
The company reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified period.
Tour prices and availability are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to confirmation upon booking.
Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.
The company does not charge any additional credit card fees or hidden costs.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email and must include:
Passenger's full name
Passport number
Cancellation charges are applied per person as follows:
45 days or more before arrival: 6% bank transaction fee applies
40 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price
29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price
14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price
7 days to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour price

Children Policy

0 to 1.99 years: Free of charge
2 to 4.99 years: 25% of the adult tour price
5 to 11.99 years: 50% of the adult tour price
12 years and above: Full adult tour price applies
This policy applies when children share their parents’ room.
If the package includes flights or sleeper train services, additional charges will apply according to airline or train policies.

Single Supplement

A single room supplement is available for travelers who prefer private accommodation while joining the tour. This option guarantees a private room for each night of the program. Availability is limited; therefore, early booking is highly recommended.

Important Notes

It is strongly recommended to book this tour as early as possible, preferably at least 50 days before the departure date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure are subject to availability and confirmation of hotel accommodation and services.
